article aims to delve deeply into the distinctive characteristics of hybrid threats and the difficulties
of forging military responses; look at how the global spread of digital communication network is affecting hybrid threats; how Europe, which takes hybrid threats more seriously than any other country or region in the world, is demonstrating its
preparedness to combat hybrid threats; how Korea
