    I. Introduction
    After the 2018 midterm elections, U.S. politics is
    heading toward the 2020 presidential
    election, scheduled to be held on
    November 3, 2020. The 2020
    Democratic and Republican
    presidential primaries will begin in February, 2020.
    As expected, the Republican candidate is President
    Donald Trump who launched his re-election
    campaign in June, 2019. And Democratic
    candidates are vying for their party's nomination.
    The world has been paying keen attention
    to the upcoming U.S. presidential election since
    who walks into the White House will determine the
    trajectory of U.S. foreign policy in the next four
    years.
