    Conclusion
The Korea-Latin America relationship is being reshaped, and thus Korea and Latin
America should cooperate to lead this change in the right direction. In today's globalized
world, openness and inclusiveness are the most significant features of all successful
societies. In this context, the relationship between Korea and Latin America should be
one of cooperation and harmony. We should not be afraid of exchanges with other
civilizations. We should seek coexistence, partnership, and synergy between different
civilizations. When Korea and Latin America face the change with open minds and
inclusiveness, then political and economic exchanges will never be bothered by cultural
    barriers.
In the Asia-Pacific region, Korea, which has successfully harmonized Western
civilization with its own traditions, and Latin America, where Western culture is
coexisting with "Indio" culture, can work together to contribute to the emergence of a
new Pacific civilization. In this rapidly changing world, no one can be good at everything
for very long. Only when Korea and Latin America join hands and help each other
toward a new partnership, can both be permanent winners.
