  • 정부는 1975.6.23.~7.4. 제네바에서 개최된 제7차 UNCTAD(유엔무역개발회의)/제품위원회에 문덕주 주제네바대표부대사를 수석대표로 하는 정부대표단을 파견함.

1. 정부대표단 활동
• 본회의에서 개발도상국의 제품무역에 관한 전반적인 사항에 관하여 발언
• 소그룹회의에서 비관세장벽 협상 및 직물류 교역에 관하여 발언

2. 회의 결과
• 결의안 등 채택
- 결정: Cooperation between UNCTAD and UNIDO, Standstill
