  • 1975년 중 Alberto J. Vigness 아르헨티나 외무장관의 방한 초청을 추진함.

1. 외무부는 1975.1.29. 1974.8월 윤주영 특사의 아르헨티나 방문 시 Vignes 아르헨티나 외상을 구두로 방한 초청한 바 있으며, 동 외상이 방한 의사를 Rasmussen 주한 아르헨티나대사대리에게 전달하였음을 주아르헨티나대사관에 통보하고, 외무부장관 명의 초청장을 파우치편으로 송부할 예정이니 동 외상의 방한이 조속 실현되도록 추진할 것을 지시함.

2. 주아르헨티나대사는 1975.4.29. Vignes 외상의 요청에 따라 동일 외무성 아주국장을 방문하고 외무부장관의 방한 초청에 대한 동 외상의 방한 수락 공한을 전달받았음을 외무부에 보고함.
• 동 국장은 방한시기 관련, 동 외상이 5.8. 미주외상회의 참석으로 인해 이번 기회에 방한이 가능할 것인지 확실치 않으나 유엔총회 이전이 될 것으로 본다고 언급
