1. UNCED 한국위원회 구성 
 • 조직: 1992.3.6. 권숙표 연세대 교수(위원장) 외 학계·언론계 및 종교계 인사 100여 명으로 구성 
 • 목적: UNCED 대비, 한국의 민간 환경단체들이 구성한 한시적 기구로서 민간차원의 대책 추진 
 • 활동 계획
  - UNCED 회의에 민간대표단 25명 파견 
  - UNCED 및 기타 부대행사 참석 
  - 환경의 날(6.5.) 기념 국내 학술·문화행사 총괄 및 개최
