  • 1992.6.3.~14. 브라질 리우데자네이루에서 개최된 UNCED(유엔환경개발회의) 관련 사전준비 내용임.

1. 대표단 파견
 • 외무부는 1992.4.1. 주유엔대사 및 주브라질대사에게 UNCED에 정원식 국무총리(부부 동반)를 파견하기로 결정하였다고 하고 이를 주재국 관련 기관에 통보할 것을 지시함. 
 • 외무부는 4.29. 주브라질대사에게 여타 대표단 명단(환경처장관, 외무부차관 등)을 통보하면서 주재국 관련 기관에 통보할 것을 지시함.

2. UNCED 정상회의 일정(1992.5.11., 주제네바대사 보고)
 • 6.12.: 각국 정상연설
 • 6.13.: 각국 정상연설, 브라질 대통령 주최 오찬, 회의 속개
 • 6.14.: 서명식

3. 기조연설 순서
 • 한국 대표는 1992.6.13. 오전 14번째 시행
