1. 정부의 루항농장 구입 및 운영 실패
 • 정부는 1971.3월 영농이주를 목적으로 아르헨티나 수도인 부에노스아이레스 인근에 루항농장 11ha을 18,887달러로 매입, 한국농부들을 이주시켜 영농에 종사하게 하였으나, 농지 협소 및 상호 불화 등으로 전원 이탈하는 등 영농성과가 부진함.

2. 루항농장 및 농기구 매각 
 • 외무부는 1991.2.4. 한국영농자의 이탈로 1월부터 영농이 어렵게 되자 주아르헨티나대사관 및 한국해외개발공사의 건의와 농장을 사용하지 않을 경우 현지인의 무단점유 가능성을 감안하여 루항농장 및 장비를 매각하도록 결정함.
  - 농기구 매각(6.28.): 2,000달러 
  - 농장 매각(10.21.): 35,000달러
