bibo:abstract	1. 아프리카의 영국 식민지 짐바브웨의 소수 백인 주민은 본국 정부가 짐바브웨를 독립시킬 움직임을 보 이자 일방적으로 본국으로부터의 분리 독립을 선언하고 국호를 로데시아로 함. 2. 이에 즈음하여 주영대사관은 영연방 국가들의 반발에 직면한 영국 정부가 독립을 취소시키기 위해 사 절단을 파견하고 제재를 하였으나, 결국 이것이 무산되자 의회 결의를 거쳐 유엔에 문제를 이관하며 경제제재를 요구하는 과정을 면밀하게 본부에 보고함.
